One of the office’s priorities is not to obtain judgments only, but rather the necessity to implement them. The office includes a team of judicial lawyers distinguished with their expertise and knowledge of all the details of the legal procedures related to the implementation of judgments that are applied by the Iraqi judicial system in all levels of litigation and departments of specialization.
The legal team has been carefully selected after undergoing professional experiences in accordance with our company policy, where the judicial attorney monitors the opening of execution files, court announcements, judgments, dates of appeal and appeals, in addition to following up on the relevant administrative procedures.
The International Creativity Office is also pleased to represent its clients before all investigation authorities, the public prosecution, or courts of all degrees, police stations, the Ministry of Labor and the authorities related to the execution of judgments.
